Classes and Workshops

At Whispering Acres, a large part of our mission it to promote and enhance the human animal bond through education and therapeutic sessions.  Animals have so much to teach and nature is the perfect classroom.   
Every animal, just like every human being has a past and stories to go along with it.  Sharing those stories create wonderful bonding and therapeutic opportunities. 

We are also  beginning to offer classes on starting with chickens, chicken parasitology, making the decisions to get goats, your first year with goats, and canning your gardens bounty: water bath and pressure canning.  Below, you will also see opportunities to volunteer at the sanctuary.
